All orders are handmade and crafted with care. Please allow 7–14 business days for processing before shipping. Custom orders and flower preservation may take longer depending on complexity.

CUSTOM ORDERS

All custom designs (including bridal bouquet preservation and personalized resin art) require full payment upfront. You will receive design updates before finalization.

PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, shape, and flower placement are expected. No two pieces are identical, and that’s what makes each creation special!
