Shipping Policy for Custom Art Pieces
All custom art pieces are made to order and require special handling and packaging. Because of this, shipping fees for custom projects are calculated after the artwork is completed, based on size, weight, destination, and packaging requirements.

Once your custom piece is finished, we will calculate the shipping cost and include it on your final invoice. Payment, including the shipping fee, is due before the item is shipped.

Shipping Carriers:
We primarily use USPS and UPS for reliable and trackable delivery options. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping is calculated and paid at the time of order. The total shipping cost will be added to your cart before completing checkout.

Processing Time:

Standard Orders: Please allow 7–14 business days for production before shipping.

Custom & Flower Preservation Orders: Processing times vary depending on the complexity of the design. You will be updated with estimated timelines.
Delivery Delays:
Heavenly Haven Artistry is not responsible for shipping delays due to the carrier, weather, or incorrect address entry. Please ensure your shipping info is accurate before placing your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Custom Orders & Personalized Items:
All custom and made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes flower preservation pieces and personalized resin art.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will do our best to offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Custom Items:
For non-custom, unused items, returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, processing begins and materials may already be in use.
